Every client signs a 1-page agreement before any work begins. These rules are non-negotiable across all plans.
Scope & Boundaries
Rule 01
Scope doc before any work
A written scope is agreed and signed before Automana starts any build, automation, or campaign. No exceptions.
Protects both parties. No ambiguity about what was agreed.
Rule 02
New builds are billed separately
Any automation, funnel, workflow, or page not included in the client’s plan is a new project with a separate quote.
Prevents scope creep. Keeps your time protected.
Rule 03
Automana is not a VA
Day-to-day CRM tasks — adding contacts, editing pipelines, managing users — are the client’s responsibility after onboarding.
You are a service provider, not an employee.
Rule 04
Platform access only for Pro
API access and third-party integrations are Pro plan only. Other plans get platform features as configured.
Feature differentiation drives upgrades.
Payment & Cancellation
Rule 05
Setup fees are non-refundable
One-time setup fees are charged at signup and are non-refundable under any circumstance.
Setup work is done immediately. Time cannot be unspent.
Rule 06
30-day cancellation notice
Client must give 30 days written notice to cancel any monthly subscription. No mid-month cancellations.
Predictable revenue. Stops overnight cancellations.
Rule 07
Usage costs are client’s responsibility
SMS, email, AI, and call credits are billed by GHL directly to the client’s wallet. Automana does not manage top-ups.
Keeps usage costs separate from service fees.
Rule 08
Late payment = account pause
If payment fails and is not resolved within 5 business days, client’s sub-account is paused until settled.
Protects your GHL costs from unpaid accounts.
Marketing Service Specific
Rule 09
Ad spend paid direct to platform
Client pays Meta/Google directly. Automana never holds or processes client ad budgets.
Liability protection. You never touch client money.
Rule 10
Minimum spend must be maintained
If client’s ad spend drops below agreed minimum, Automana reserves the right to pause the campaign.
Low spend makes management unprofitable and ineffective.
Rule 11
Client provides creative assets
Automana writes copy. All images, videos, and branding assets provided by client within 3 business days of request.
Your time is for strategy, not design.
Rule 12
No guaranteed results
Automana does not guarantee specific ROAS, CPL, or revenue outcomes. Advertising results are market-dependent.
Legal protection. Markets are unpredictable.
Support & Communication
Rule 13
Support via designated channel only
All support requests through the agreed channel (email / WhatsApp). No direct personal number contact.
Keeps communication organised and documented.
Rule 14
SLA is response time, not resolution
SLA covers when Automana responds. Complex issues may take longer to resolve. Automana will communicate timelines.
Manages expectations honestly.
Rule 15
No after-hours support
Automana operates business hours only. Urgent issues outside hours addressed next business day.

Scope creep is billed
Any request that expands beyond the agreed plan is quoted and approved before work begins. No free extras.
